All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
Full payment must be completed before the start of the trek/expedition.
Payments are accepted via secure payment gateways, UPI, or bank transfer.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date: full refund minus any transaction fees.
15–29 days before: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days or no-shows: no refund.
In case of cancellation by Klimzeal Adventure (e.g., due to safety, weather, or unforeseen events), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
You confirm that you are physically fit and medically able to participate in the chosen activity.
You must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements before the trip.
Follow instructions of guides and staff at all times for your safety and the safety of the group.
Adventure activities involve inherent risks. Klimzeal Adventure will take all reasonable precautions but is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
Participants are advised to have personal travel and medical insurance.
Routes and itineraries may change due to weather, natural conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any activity in the interest of safety.
All content on our website, including text, photos, and logos, is owned by Klimzeal Adventure. Do not use or reproduce without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
