Program Overview
The Annapurna Base Camp Trek via Ghandruk is a breathtaking journey that blends majestic mountain scenery with the rich cultural charm of the Himalayas. It begins in the laid-back town of Pokhara, followed by a scenic drive to Nayapul, the gateway to the trail.
As you trek through the picturesque hillsides, the village of Ghandruk greets you with its traditional Gurung culture, stone houses, and incredible views of Annapurna South and Machapuchare. It’s a warm and welcoming place that invites you to slow down and connect with local life.
The trail then leads through bamboo forests, across sparkling rivers, and up rocky paths, each step bringing you closer to the heart of the mountains. Reaching Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m) is an unforgettable moment—surrounded by snow-capped giants, you stand in a natural amphitheater of peaks, including Annapurna I, Hiunchuli, and Machapuchare.
As you descend, the landscape slowly shifts, offering new perspectives and a quiet sense of reflection. You return to Pokhara not just with photos, but with memories of adventure, resilience, and awe.
This trek is more than a mountain trail—it’s a deeply personal experience that lingers long after the journey ends.
