Program Overview

Mani Mahesh Trek is one of the most beautiful treks in Himachal. Mani Mahesh Yatra is also a holy place for Hindus. Manimahesh Lake Trek (also known as Dal Lake, Manimahesh) is a high-altitude lake (elevation 4,080 meters (13,390 ft)) situated close to the Manimahesh Kailash Peak in the Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas, in the Bharmour subdivision of Chamba district of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. The religious significance of this lake is next to that of Lake Manasarovar in Tibet. The lake is the venue of a highly revered pilgrimage trek undertaken during the months of August and September, corresponding to the month of Bhadon according to the Hindu calendar, on the eighth day of the New Moon period. It is known as the ‘Manimahesh Yatra’.

The Government of Himachal Pradesh has declared it a state-level pilgrimage.

Drive: 165 Km 6 Hrs

Arrive at Pathankot railway station, meet our representative, and drive to Bharmour via Chamba. Bharmour is a small village in the Chamba district in the state of Himachal Pradesh. The village is located near the Ravi River. In the afternoon, you will reach Bharmour and check in at a hotel for an overnight stay. In the evening, you can visit Chaurasi Temple (walking distance from the hotel).

Trek: 6 Km

After breakfast in the hotel, we start our trek to Brahmani Temple. The

Brahmani Mata Temple complex is at the top of a ridge covered with pine and

deodar trees. After Darshan, we trek back to Bharmour. Overnight stay in the

hotel.

TREK 7Km

After breakfast, get ready for your first-day trek towards Manimahesh Lake.

Our cab will drop you off at the Hudsar Village roadhead. Head, from Hudsar,

we start our trekking to Dhancho, which is a 7 km trek; it takes us 3,4 hours

to reach our campsite. overnight in the Himalayan Holidays trekking tents.

Early in the morning, after breakfast, we start the trek to Manimahesh Lake.

On the trek, we visit Gauri Kund. After reaching Manimahesh Lake, we take a

holy dip in Manimahesh Lake. After Darshan, we trek back to Dancho for an

overnight stay in the camp.

After breakfast, we trek down to Dhancho. From Dhancho, we drive to

Chamba via Bharmour. Overnight in the hotel at Chamba.

After breakfast, drive to Dalhousie via Khajjiar. Khajjiar is surrounded by green

meadows and dense forests. You also get panoramic views of the Dholadhar

Himalayas. Later, drive to Pathankot, and our cab will drop you off atPathankot

railway station.

I pledge that I will refrain from consuming any drug, alcohol, or tobacco products. I will strictly follow sustainable mountain ethics, including the principles of Leave No Trace, Minimising noise, Avoiding campfires, and Respecting the natural environment. I commit to cooperating fully and maintaining harmony with nature and fellow adventurers. I understand that any inappropriate behaviour on my part grants the Trip Manager the authority to take strict action against me.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs while ensuring fairness to both our adventures and our team. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

If a user cancels 60 days or more before the scheduled departure, a 10% deduction will be applied to the total invoice amount. Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee, while cancellations made less than 30 days before departure will be non-refundable with a 100% cancellation charge.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days before the start of the program and are subject to availability and approval. Failure to arrive at the designated time and location without prior notice will be considered a no-show, resulting in forfeiture of the booking with no refund.

In cases where cancellations occur due to extraordinary events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, refunds or rescheduling will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Klimzeal Adventure.

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of Klimzeal and formally communicated to the office team.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, where the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Himachal Pradesh.
