Our very first step in the camp is to help children build meaningful connections with one another. We believe that when children communicate, collaborate, and support each other, they create a strong foundation for shared learning and growth.

To begin this journey, our first session focuses on introductions and team-building games. Through these engaging activities, children develop essential life skills such as teamwork, coordination, communication, mutual support, and a deeper understanding of one another.

These early interactions set the tone for an inclusive, fun, and enriching camp experience where every child feels connected and inspired to learn together.

This activity not only brings excitement but also helps children overcome fears, build confidence, improve focus, and develop trust in themselves and their teammates. Under the guidance of our certified instructors, all safety measures will be strictly followed to ensure a secure and empowering experience for every participant.

As part of our experiential learning, we introduce children to the fun and creativity of Outdoor Cooking. In this session, they will learn how to prepare simple and nutritious meals in the wild using basic tools and techniques. From lighting a safe cooking fire to understanding hygiene in outdoor conditions, this activity teaches valuable lessons in resourcefulness, teamwork, and self- sufficiency.

Guided by our experienced support team, children will not only enjoy the process of cooking together but also gain a deeper appreciation for food, effort, and the joy of sharing meals in nature.

Children will practice yoga in the peaceful lap of nature, helping them connect with their inner selves, improve focus, flexibility, and calmness. Guided by trained instructors, these sessions promote mental wellness and a deep appreciation for the natural world around them.

Our camp emphasises the importance of compassion and respect for animals. Through interactive sessions, wildlife observation, and hands-on experiences, children will develop a deep appreciation for the animals around them. This teaches empathy, kindness, and the value of protecting animals and their habitats

Our camp offers exciting activities like burma bridge, wooden bridge crossing, zip-lining, and rope climbing. These challenges help children build confidence, teamwork, and resilience, all while enjoying the thrill of adventure. Safety is our priority, ensuring fun and growth in a secure environment.

We teach children to appreciate and respect nature by promoting sustainability, conservation, and eco-friendly practices. Through outdoor activities, they learn the importance of protecting the environment for future generations.

Our camp offers thrilling trekking experiences through scenic landscapes, where children will develop physical endurance, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Trekking helps them connect with nature, learn to overcome challenges, and build resilience while having fun outdoors.

Rock climbing teaches children that success is earned with patience and effort. By tackling different routes, they build confidence, trust, and collaboration with their peers, all while developing a deeper connection with the outdoors.

River crossing is an exciting adventure that teaches children courage, teamwork, and strategic thinking. They’ll learn the importance of safety, balance, and communication while navigating through the current.

Shelter in the Wilderness Tent pitching is an essential outdoor skill that empowers children to become independent and resourceful. By working together to set up camp, they learn planning, teamwork, and the importance of a solid foundation for any adventure.

Navigation builds self-reliance and sharpens awareness. Kids learn to use maps, compasses, and natural signs to make smart decisions, stay safe, and confidently find their way through unfamiliar outdoor terrain.

Survival skills teach adaptability, resilience, and creative problem- solving. Children learn to build shelters, find water, and stay calm under pressure—empowering them to handle real-world challenges with courage and independence.

First aid develops responsibility, empathy, and quick thinking. Kids learn how to stay calm in emergencies, treat injuries, and help others—becoming confident, caring teammates ready to act when it matters most.

Q: What is the Outdoor Leadership Training Program?
A: It’s an immersive outdoor camp that builds leadership, confidence, survival skills, and emotional resilience in students. Through nature-based challenges and team activities, children learn responsibility, decision making, and how to thrive in unfamiliar environments.
Q: Is it safe for children to participate?
A: Absolutely. Our programs are led by certified instructors and wilderness experts. Camps are equipped with medical support, strict safety protocols, and partnerships with nearby hospitals for emergencies.
Q: What age groups are eligible?
A: Juniors: Classes 4th to 8th; Seniors: Classes 9th to 12th. Please refer to the course section for more details and recommendations based on your child’s interests and readiness.
Q: Can my child carry a mobile phone?
A: Phones are not allowed during the program to encourage full engagement with nature and group interaction. Parents receive regular updates and children can make scheduled calls through a common camp phone.
Q: What kind of activities will my child do at the camp?
A: Activities include trekking, team-building games, survival skills like fire-making and shelter-building, adventure sports (like rappelling or rock climbing), first aid, navigation training, journaling, group discussions, and creative events like talent night and bonfires.
Q: What if my child has medical needs or allergies?
A: Parents must mention any medical condition in the enrollment form. Our medical officer monitors medication, and basic insurance is included. Any medical costs beyond insurance coverage are the responsibility of parents.
Q: Can parents visit the camp during the course?
A: No. Parents are encouraged to allow children full independence to build leadership and responsibility. However, supervisors share regular updates, and in case of any serious issues, parents will be contacted immediately.
Q: What kind of gear should my child carry?
A: A detailed packing list will be provided after enrolment. Items typically include outdoor clothing, a sleeping bag, a flashlight, personal hygiene essentials, and any specific gear based on the chosen program.
Q: Who supervises the children during the camp?
A: Trained instructors, wilderness guides, and campus supervisors oversee all activities. The team includes certified first aid responders, outdoor educators, and child-safe staff trained in emotional support and group management.

STUDENT BEHAVIOUR DISCIPLINE STANDARDS

Klimzeal seeks children who are excited to explore, learn leadership, and embrace nature. Participants must be in good physical and emotional health and show kindness, accountability, and social responsibility. The program encourages independence and teamwork, and children must be willing to engage respectfully in group activities.

We do not admit participants with behavioural, motivational, or rehabilitation concerns that may compromise group safety or disrupt the experience for others. Each child is expected to meet the physical, emotional, and social demands of the program with enthusiasm and maturity.

DISCIPLINE STANDARDS

At Klimzeal, safety, respect, and personal growth are core values. Children must follow instructions from instructors and cooperate in group settings. Disruptive behavior—such as verbal abuse, non-compliance, teasing, or defiance—will be handled with care but seriousness.

We actively try to provide a supportive environment, offering guidance, counselling, and motivation to help students align with group settings and norms. Depending on the severity, consequences range from verbal warnings to removal from activities or dismissal from camp. We aim to guide children toward self-awareness and correction without compromising the wellbeing of others.

Respect Culture

All children must follow respectful conduct—no bullying, teasing, or touching others’ belongings. Girls’ and boys’ spaces are clearly defined and must be respected. Personal dignity and safety are our top priorities.

Campus Conduct

Respect for instructors, gear, and campus property is mandatory. Any damages will be compensated by the responsible student. Smoking, alcohol, sharp objects, or banned items are strictly forbidden. Bags may be checked for safety.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

No mobile phones are allowed during camp. This helps children disconnect and engage with the outdoors. Confiscated phones will be returned after the program. Updates for parents will be shared by the campus supervisor through a designated phone number. Each child will be allowed to use a common phone between 8:00 to 10:00 PM, on alternate days, for a 2-minute call to their parents only.

Updates & Access

Parents can follow daily updates and photos via the official Klimzeal social media handles and

website. Poor network or weather may cause delays, but any serious issue will be communicated directly to parents.

Medical Policy

Children must know how to manage any pre-existing conditions, such as allergies or asthma. A campus supervisor monitors medication. Our in-house MBBS doctor and MO room handle first aid, and we’re connected with nearby hospitals if required.

Basic insurance coverage is provided for each participant. However, any medical expenses beyond the insurance coverage will need to be borne by the parents. Medical expenses must be borne by parents.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Klimzeal Adventure’s cancellation policy is designed to ensure smooth planning, logistics, and safety. Due to limited slots and high demand, we strictly adhere to the following:

  • More than 20 days before course start: A processing fee of ₹10% will be retained. The rest of the fee will be refunded.
  • Between 19 to 7 days prior: 30% of the total course fee will be retained.
  • Between 6 to 3 days prior: 50% of the course fee will be retained.
  • Less than 3 days or once the program begins: No refund will be given under any circumstance.

If a child leave early due to illness, personal reasons, homesickness, disciplinary action, or lack of interest, no refund will be provided. Refunds are not granted for no-shows.

All cancellation requests must be submitted via the official website under the Cancel Enrolment tab. Parents are encouraged to only enrol if they are fully committed to the program’s dates and requirements.
